Talking about property.....means talking about all sort of horrible things nowadays...prices plummeting, off plan not finished, mortgages difficult to get...etc . That certainly applies to our famous and infamous "Costa del Sol", and other typical destinations, including the emerging markets of dubious future.
Inland Spain, and specifically Inland Andalucia is in an odd situation this days. Property prices are still stable and definitely not dropping, but some fantastic bargains are starting to appear, mainly from developers, and from owners that want to move on, and are afraid of having to wait to long to sell.
This means a bargain hunters market. And that is what is happening. We are having a surprising amount of clients purchasing inland, because they are getting the bargain, and are buying property they would never have dreamed of buying before. Some examples of this bargains are at the next sections.
