Our History: We are a dutch-spanish owned company, that started it´s history in Inland Spain in the year 2000. It´s origin is the combination of the academic background and knowledge of the Real Estate Business, together with the passion for Inland Spain, it´s history, places, and people. The company is owned by Spanish born Michael Rijnhart, and Susana Morales Pardo, who together cover all the expertise in the fields of Real Estate, Legal matters, knowledge of areas, project management, and friendly and personal service. In this work they are helped by a growing number of staff of good and reliable people, that cover all the aspects of purchasing in Inland Spain; from the early stages of house and area research, to the complete integration of the client into the spanish way of living.
We have never had a complaint, and our satisfied clients are our best examples. We have grown from a small company to a well established firm, with more than 2000 properties in our portfolio, as well as managing several projects and promotions Inland Spain; we never forget that clients always should be treated as friends.

Our ever growing database of properties and services is the biggest in Inland Andalucía.
Locations covered: We cover a vast area of Inland Andalucía, which goes from Granada city, Montefrío and Iznajar at the East, to Ronda, Estepa, and Sevilla to the West, and from Alhaurín, Coín and Ojén at South, to Lucena and Córdoba city to the North. Our area includes the upcoming and beautiful areas of Antequera, Alora, Campillos, Estepa, Montefrío, Iznajar, Villanueva, and other areas and villages. Marketing: All types of promotion materials are available for your office, like posters, leaflets, maps, guides, etc... All accessible from form the Agents Section, for download or delivery by post.
Relationship: This is a relationship ruled by a contract, that is signed by both parties. If you want to join our agents network please register here. When you register, you will get a password that will give you access to our database, and to print details of the property straight from the web, for your show room or portfolio, with the prices and comissions agreed with us.
