We understand that it is difficult to judge a property just by the pictures, and that many of the properties in the same area or price class are very similar. We know all the properties ourselves, know the areas, know what clients are looking for, and know what every property can offer. That is why we have given the ranking. As you will see, not only superb properties get the 5 star, also smaller or cheaper properties, because of its huge potential. Now you will find your hidden treasure!

No Stars : Means that the property has not yet been rated.

One Star : The property has one star, very basic.
|

Two Stars : The property has two stars, could be better, maybe price too high?

Three Stars : Average good property.
|

Four Stars : A very good property.
|
|
 |
Five Stars : A Fantastic and not to miss property, the best of all.
|

Obviously, this rating is entirely based on our own thoughts and valuations, but we have found out that it is very helpful, and is really helping our clients find their dream property.
