Introduction :

Coripe is a city located in the province of Seville, Spain. According to the 2006 census (INE), the city has a population of 1436 inhabitants.
|

History:
|
|
It is possible, from the coins preserved from the period that its site was inhabited by the Turdulos, who gave it the name 'Irippo'. Under the Romans its name was changed to 'Corippo'. Added to Morón de la Frontera after the Conquest, it depended administratively on this city until the end of the nineteenth century, when its independent town council was constituted.
